Speed-up Chinese divides everyday Phraseeology into 15 situations of conversational topics (greetings and introduction, school life, travelling, time and date, taking a taxi, at the hotel, the interview and a stop-over, purchasing, seasons and hobbies, trading, learning Chinese). Every lesson teaches part of the phraseology of each conversatinal topic, and consists of five parts: basic sentence pattern, text, annotation, exercises, new words. All texts come with English translations and have accompanying audiotapes.
