A Tour of New Shanghai is a full length documentary filmed in six languages: Chinese, English, Japanese, German, French and Russian. The documentary shows the great success achieved in Shanghai since the opendoor policy of reform was adopted, thereby offering the world a detailed picture of Shanghai in all respects.
