The content of this yearbook are comprised of mainly the statistic of 2003 and statistical data of those key years after opening to the outside world. The data in this yearbook have been already checked. If ever the readers find inconsistency of data here as compared with those in previous year books, please refer to this yearbook as accurate and final. On the basis of past years' publication, this yearbook has made some due adjustment and improvement with the changes in statistical guidelines, however still keeping in conformity with the past years' yearbooks on editorial style, content makeup, indication selection and statistical approach.
