Added Support for Colored Tones

We've added support for colored tones in our Chinese -> Pinyin Convert tool. The color scheme we chose is Dummitt's color scheme, which are:

• first tone: red
• second tone: orange
• third tone: green
• fourth tone: blue
• neutral tone: black
