About the Author
Associate Professor and PhD in Education of Beijing Language and Culture University, focuses his research on the curriculum and teaching theories of Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language, and development of Chinese language teachers. He published Implicit Learning: New Horizon of the Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language and many other papers. He also published a monograph entitled Development of Chinese Language Teachers. He offers specialized courses for undergraduate and graduate students of Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language, such as Pedagogical Principles, Introducing Second Language Education, Monographic Studies on Course and Teaching Theories, Studies on Teaching Chinese to Foreigners, and he also teaches Chinese courses including Comprehensive Chinese, Chinese Speaking, Listening and Reading for international students studying in China.
