The book contains: first, the evolutionary process of vertebrates in Cambrian Explosion; second, the researches on evolution and forms of other spices apart from vertebrates. The former two contain 11 lectures published in Nature and Science and 15 lectures published in first-rate journals from home and abroad; third, reviews in international science community which contain the relevant works by international paleobiologist such as Richard Dawkins who is an academician in Royal Society and guest professor in Oxford University, their support and usage to the achievement and professional comments during three monographs published in Nature.
