Adeleke Oladapo Banwo is a foreign expert in the Student Affairs Office of Overseas Education College at Jiangsu University.He is also a co-author of a textbook titled 'OrganizationalBehavior in Focus' and has received many awards and scholarships, such as Chinese Government Scholarship for self-funded students', Anxin and Weiguang floor tiles entrepreneurship scholarship and the Graduate Scholar Award at the International Conference Knowledge, Culture and change in Organization, University of California at Berkeley, the USA. He holds a Doctorate degree in Management Science and engineering .from Jiangsu University, China, a Master of Science degree in Organizational Behavior from University of Lagos, a Master of Business Administration degree in marketing from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University,Bauchi, and a Bachelor degree in Banking and Finance from Ogun State University, Nigeria. His research interest includes, environmental behavior, organizational behavior and small and medium enterprises. He has more than five cited peer-reviewed schohtrly publications and presented at both local conferences in China and the USA.His professional working career spans over a decade in the Nigerian financial industry with expertise in retail banking,team management, branch relationship management, income generation, micro finance and credit management. Adeleke has a passion for volunteering, mentoring, writing and playing with children.
