Lyu Jingquan, Main creator of the brand of Luban Workshop, Director of National Luban Workshop Construction Expert Committee, Director of the Luban Workshop International Development Research Center, a university think tank in Tianjin, Chief Expert of the Luban Workshop International Development Research Center （LB_IDRC） at Tianjin University of Technology and Education, and Director of Tianjin Engineering Practice Innovation Project (EPIP） Research and Promotion Center.
As a professor (T2） with a Ph.D. in Vocational and Technical Education, who is a senior engineer, a Ph.D. supervisor, an expert granted the Special Government Allowance by the State Council of China, and a national level distinguished teacher in higher education, he has won the first-place grand prize, one first prize and four second prizes of the National Teaching Achievement Award. Notably, in 2014, he was awarded the National Huang Yanpei Vocational Education Theory Outstanding Research Award, and the Princess Maha Chakri Award by the Thai Government.
He pioneered and explored the industry-education integration model of "five-pronged integration" and the teaching model of EPIP, and created a professional construction model that features core technology integration.
