In those years, the winter in Northeast China was even colder than it is now. There was nowhere to hide. It crunched when you stepped on the thick snow. Children are naughty in nature, but children then could feel nothing but cold. The classroom was not warm without heating at school. The school required each class to light a stove in order to resist coldness, which gave me an opportunity to do a good thing. I thought that it would take quite a while to warm the classroom if the stove was lit after the students arrived at the classroom, which would certainly influence the teaching and learning effects. So I decided to sacrifice my sleeping time and get up earlier to light the stove for my fellow students. 
Thus, I got up earlier and ran to the classroom braving the chilling wind to light the stove every morning. Classmates were all surprised at the sight of the lit stove and the unexpected warmth. They whispered who had done such a good thing and I just kept silent. Suddenly someone shouted my name and the rest looked at me with adoration.A naughty boy said, rubbing his hands: You are just fantastic. How could you get up early from the warm bed and light the stove for us? I can't admire you more!"
