This clock consists of three stories. The lower story, which contains the mechanism,has three drawers in the front. Above the drawers is a rural landscape painting, infront of which are movable figures flanked by fountains. At the second story thereare two small figures which strike a bell between them, with two other bells each ontheir left and fight sides. Their heads and arms are movable. The four corners of thesecond story are decorated with revolving stone flowers. Four crouching camels support a gilded basin for receiving water coming out of a horse's mouth on the terraceof the third story. The pavilion also houses a fountain, the water from which flowsround ribbons of stones. On the terrace of the third story are four horse tamers withtheir animals. In the center is a four-hand clock for indicating the seconds, minutes,hours and days.
The clock strikes the quarters and hours, while the figures on the second story beatthe bells and shake their heads. The figures in front of the stage start to move, and thefountain and flower vase revolve.
